Heavenly Springs Church is partnering with Pastor Paul Norman Desire – Christ For The Nations Ministries – to systematically evangelize Rwanda.
About Christ For The Nations Ministries:
CHRIST FOR THE NATIONS MINISTRIES (CNM) is a Christian non-profit, inter denominational organization engaged in Evangelism, Equipping Leaders, Believers and Compassion Ministries in Rwanda. CNM has 5 board members.
CNM operates at invitation of and in co-operation with the local churches. Christ for the Nations Ministries Started in Rwanda through the Ministry of Paul Norman Desire. He felt the Lord directing him to begin this kind of Ministry during his studies at Bible College in 1997. CNM Desires to see Local Churches engaged in fulfilling the Great commission as instruments of Reconciliation and Healing to the Nations. CNM Is addressed to the whole man as demonstrated by the Ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ by Preaching, Teaching, Healing the sick and feeding the hungry.
Globally:
Will seek to Network with other Christian Ministries in different nations, in such a way that such relationships will result in the expansion of God’s Kingdom.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
Paul Norman Desire was born in Uganda. He is Rwandan, married to Asenath Mutesi with Two Children Gad and Darlene. It was during his studies that he received the Lord Jesus Christ in 1984, later felt the call of God to ministry, he obtained a diploma at Glad Tidings Bible College. He was ordained by Full Gospel Mission. He latter pastored a local church for two years, launched evangelistic missions in schools ,colleges and high institutions of learning. He is an alumni of Haggai institute. He has been organizing and speaking both in local and international crusades, leadership seminars and conferences and youth meetings in partnership with local churches and ministries.
The major areas of missions has been in rural areas where there is a hunger and need for empowerment among Christian Leaders, and rural areas that need to hear the glorious gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
MISSION STATEMENT:
To be Carriers of His love, Revealers of His Compassion and taking Healing to the Nations.
C N M OBJECTIVES:
• Reach The lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ as commanded by the our Lord Jesus Christ
• Equipping Christian leaders and workers ,the saints by establishing schools of ministry for the work of the ministry.
• Advancing the Kingdom of God by networking with like minded ministers, both local and international Churches, Ministries/Organizations with similar objectives.
• Comforting and supporting the needy (orphans, vulnerable children the sick and widows through partnership with individuals, churches, Ministries and Organizations.
• Harvesting souls through establishing Evangelistic Center.
CNM STATEMMENT OF FAITH
We believe in:
a) The Holy Bible which is the fully and uniquely Inspired Word of God, the only infallible, sufficient and authoritative rule of faith and practice.
b) One God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.
c) The Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin birth, His vicarious death, and atonement through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial intercession and His personal return in power and glory.
d) The salvation of lost and sinful men through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Salvation is by grace through faith.
e) The indwelling of both the saved and the lost, they that are saved unto resurrection of life and those that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
f) The Spiritual Unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ who comprise the Church, the Body of Christ. He is the Only Savior of the World.
STRATEGIES
a) Develop partnership with local /International Churches, / organizations in fulfilling the Great Commission.
b) Develop Partnership/Network with like minded international organizations, foundations.
c) Develop literature, Media Ministry
d) Organize Seminars and Conferences
e) Initiate Sustainable projects for the needy e.g. schools, income generating projects.
